Press Brake Bending
AEM works with 4 nine-axis CNC press brakes, 36 to 400 tons.

• 0 to 174” bending lengths
• 0 to 1” thick capacity

We work with all materials and process large volumes of exotic materials as well. Additionally, AEM possesses a huge inventory of modular, hydraulically-clamped precision tooling to speed set-up and eliminate tooling charges.

AEM’s offline automatic programming capability uses your 3D model to auto-program a bending solution in seconds, without the hassle of trial and error. We can tell you if your parts can be bent and if we have the modular tools to make it happen! If not, we can assist in redesigning your parts OR designing and building custom tools in house with both speed and efficiency.

Hardware Insertion
AEM offers the services of 3 Haeger hardware insertion presses with auto feeders to install PEM fasteners in volume. 18”, 24” and 36” throats ensure that we can put fasteners in large panels.

Stamping
At AEM, we have 2 hydraulic CNC and OBC presses (to 250 tons) to handle unique forming challenges that can only be done with custom tooling. We also design and build in house tools to perform whatever your parts require. We can make low-cost tools for prototypes, as well as tools that will last for millions of parts.
